Rent Payment Policy

  • Rent is due on the 1st day of each month and late on the 5th day of the month, unless your lease reads differently.
  • Login in to your Tenant Portal on our website to make a payment using your credit card or e-check. Please note: there is a fee for using a credit card. There is no charge for using the e-check feature.
  • You can mail your payment to 225 E. Park Ave. Lake Wales, FL 33853. Be sure you allow enough time for our office to receive your payment on or before the 4th of the month or it will be considered late.
  • Rent may be paid by personal check, money order or cashier’s check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Make checks payable to: Legacy Leasing Services Inc.
  • Write your NAME & ADDRESS on your check or money order each month to ensure that you are properly credited for the payment.
